Authentic Italian Pasta Station
Our own little Italy pasta station. We create your favorite combination to order with fresh herbs, oil or sauce with fresh pasta. Accented with fresh authentic Italian breads. Served with meatballs or Italian sausage and hand tossed Caesar salad.

We create your favorite pasta combination to order with fresh herbs, oil or sauce, and with fresh pasta, accented with fresh authentic Italian breads.

Panini Station
Our paninis are grilled tableside, served on fresh Italian baked breads, brushed with virgin olive oil, to include but not limited to: Bistro ham, California club, classic Italian, goat cheese-portabella w/roasted red peppers, vegetarian, peppered roast beef with sage aioli

Butcher Block Carving Station
Roast beef, turkey breast, fresh baked knot rolls, sun-dried tomato sauce and
horseradish sauce. Excellent addition to cocktail parties -

Tenderloin Carving Station
Beef and pork tenderloin carved to perfection,
served on fresh baked knot rolls with homemade raspberry horseradish sauce and lemon mustard aioli

Fajita Station
Sautéed southwestern style beef, or chicken fajitas with: fire roasted tomato-chipotle salsa, pepper and onion sauté, shredded cheddar, guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce, black olives, Mexican rice and refried beans.

Greek Station
Gyros made with broiled lamb or chicken, stuffed in pita with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onions and cucumber sauce.
Greek salad and hummus pita triangles.

Caesar Salad Station
Fresh romaine lettuce, hand-tossed with fresh grated parmesan cheese,
cracked pepper, and seasoned croutons. Served with grilled salmon or
grilled chicken, blended with our special homemade Caesar dressing.

Potato Bar
