Angels Catering and Deli

            I am writing to strongly recommend the services of Mr. John Ramerez as a chef and caterer. In mid August, we acquired the talented Mr. Ramirez to cater a large meal for our rehearsal dinner prior to our wedding day. Our guest list included family and friends from all over the United States and Africa. The response from the guests was phenomenal. There was a wide variety of food, prepared to our specifications that everyone enjoyed throughout the evening. The staff that was provided was punctual, polite, and professional, adding to the overwhelming success of the evening. Most impressive was the quality of the food. I am receiving inquires to this day regarding Mr. Ramirez and his availability to serve functions in the metro Detroit area.

 

            Mr. Ramirez was thoughtful and covered every detail necessary while planning for the event. He invited us to his home to sample a variety of food from his extensive menu so that we could accurately prepare the right combination of dishes for our guests. We were impressed with his lengthy resume and detailed knowledge accumulated from years of working experience. This was evident from his suggestions as he steered us towards the final menu that was the perfect touch for our evening. He made us feel a part of the decision making process while asserting his experienced opinion at just the right time and place.

 

            We have been thrilled by the opportunity to continue to work with and recommend Mr. John Ramerez for all catering opportunities in the future.
